Custom Built Homes by Parleviet ConstructionThere are just four waterfront lots and three back lots remaining in this 30 lot prime location in Ennismore, north of Fowler’s Corners. The subdivision is five minutes from Bridgenorth, 15 minutes from Peterborough and 15 minutes to Highway 115. The four-season custom homes range in size from 1800 sq. ft and up in bungalows and from 2200 sq. ft. and up for two-storeys, all with gas fireplaces, nine-foot ceilings, double attached garages and generous cabinet and flooring allowances. Some of the homes we are building now are fully accessible for the disabled.”
